Senior Project Coordinator

TRS has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our client’s growing team. This role involves collaborating closely with Project Managers and the General Manager to ensure the successful execution of various construction projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a strong desire to advance their career and take on additional responsibilities.
Responsibilities: Maintain organized project documentation and administrative files. Assist in estimating project costs and managing budget variations. Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring accurate cost projections. Support site management with procurement, rentals, and equipment tracking. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Keep project schedules up-to-date and ensure timely completion of tasks. Prepare and process payment requests and manage contract changes. Facilitate project progress by coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. Oversee site documentation, including daily logs and progress reports. Stay informed about industry advancements and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
A degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology Diploma, or equivalent construction experience. Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction industry. Experience in light industrial, commercial, or vertical civil construction projects valued between $2-40 million. Proficiency in project management software and the MS Office Suite. Eagerness to learn and grow, with a willingness to acquire new software skills. Knowledge of various building construction methods and standards. Valid driver’s license.
