This highly regarded multidisciplinary company with offices across Melbourne, Australia and the globe, is currently seeking a Revit Savvy Architectural Technician / Project Coordinator to join their dynamic Melbourne studio. Known for their significant pipeline of work across varying sectors including Mixed Use, Health and Public projects, this company takes pride in delivering innovative projects. They are seeking a contractor on a 6 month contract to work on Data Centres.
Key Responsibilities Show expertise in using Revit BIM tools, with the ability to create models to a high standard Provide technical documentation in Revit on Data Centres Prepare BIM plans and project specific training documentation Oversee the coordination of services, clash detection management on Revit Dealing with consultants and working within a collaborative team
Skills and Experience Qualifications incl. Masters of Architecture or Technician degree Advanced Revit and BIM 360 skills Min. 7yrs experience Strong communications skills, articulate and confident Excellent organisation, planning, prioritising and time management skills High level of attention to detail
