Job responsibilities\:

Responsible for design, documentation, installation, testing, commissioning, and trouble-shooting for BMS systemDevelop technical document, such as points schedule, interfacing requirements, schematic and T&C procedures.Communication with clients, builders, main contractors, and the E&M interfacing parties or 3rd party system contractorCost control on the agreed budget and well-handle the variation work.Provide excellent customer service and engineering support to clientsPrepare the master programme and monitoring the project progress
