The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the Project Manager in managing projects from conception to completion.
This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in project management.

• Working closely with the Construction Managers and Site Crews to ensure technical feasibility, quality, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations in collaboration with stakeholders to optimize project execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project constraints and propose mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
• Manage project budgets and financials, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety standards.
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and deviations from plans.
• Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organization.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
