About this role

This national studio working across Architecture, Interiors, and Urban design is looking for a Senior Architect/Delivery Lead with ambitions of working toward becoming an Associate.
You must be a natural leader who can mentor and motivate a team toward achieving their best results and have experience and confidence working on the Delivery end of projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Mixed-Use/Multi-Residential sector. 
 

Key responsibilities

Drive the delivery of medium to large scale projects (typically from DD onwards) Mentor and lead a team throughout the project delivery Contribute to documentation & coordination of drawing packages when necessary Co-ordinate with consultants and contractors throughout the project 

Skills and experience

Architectural qualifications and post-grad experience, operating at a level equal to 10 years+ of professional practice Experience in the delivery end of large-scale projects Natural team leader with great mentoring skills Revit proficiency Large scale project experience beneficial (Multi-Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, Hotels & Hospitality)
