About this role

This top-tier, national studio is seeking a talented Senior Project Architect to join the team in a leadership role. The successful candidate will be working on some of Brisbane's most exciting projects and will have exceptional apartment planning and masterplanning skills and a proven track record in getting quality design projects through DA and Planning submissions. This is a front-end role where you will be client facing and contribute to the mentoring of a team but also be required to have a strong technical understanding.

 

Key Responsibilities  

Lead feasibility, DA and planning submissions Ability to lead a project and manage consultants  Produce working drawings in Revit Liaise with clients, and mentor junior team

Skills and Experience 

10+ years experience gained on multi-residential projects. Strong leadership qualities and a can do attitude on projects Expertise across front end project phases including client briefing, feasibility, DA/Planning applications Expert knowledge on apartment planning Experience leading a small team with strong mentoring capabilities  Proven Revit ability  Strong communication and ability to coordinate
