Award-winning mid-sized Architectural firm is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Leader for their office in Austin. This role will focus on multi-family projects, ranging in size. The right candidate will have plenty of experience as a Project Manager of high-rise multi-family projects.
Experience:
 - 15+ years’ experience
 - A Professional Degree from an accredited university (B.Arch or M.Arch preferred)
 - Professional registration required - Experience leading entire Project team including consultants - Must exhibit highly-developed design sensibilities as well as technical prowess including at a minimum exterior skin, in-depth waterproofing, vertical transportation, life-safety systems, and current building codes and standards - Working knowledge of specification writing and editing required - Revit, BIM 360, Architectural Desktop (ADT) and Sketch-Up  proficiency required - Participates in client contact, proposal development and contract negotiations - Responsible for meeting project schedules and budgets across all design/construction phases
 - Passionate about working collaboratively with others and empowering others to use their talents
 - Excellent organizational and project management skills for multiple project assignments
 - Excellent written and verbal skills
 - Working knowledge of standard business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required
