In this position as a senior project management specialist, you will be working directly with the CEO, playing a critical role in aligning cross-functional teams, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of high-impact projects.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate CEO-led project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectivesFacilitate communication between the CEO, team members, and stakeholders, promoting collaboration and information flowMonitor project timelines and milestones, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigating strategiesAssist in resource allocation and management to optimize project efficiencyDevelop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, in collaboration with project stakeholdersConduct risk assessments and create risk mitigation plans to minimize project disruptionsTrack project progress and report on key performance indicators to project sponsors and stakeholdersEnsure adherence to project management best practices and methodologiesContribute to the development and enhancement of project management processes within the PMO departmentAssist in the preparation of project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or any related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.Additional certifications in project coordination or related areas are a plus.At least 4 years of experience in project coordination and project management roles.Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar).Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
