Ware Malcomb's Civil Engineering assists private and public clients on a broad range of commercial and residential development projects that improve and enhance communities.
Senior Project Managers are responsible for leading and managing multiple site development projects entirely from start to finish including budgeting, scheduling, contract document preparation, design calculations and construction administration services. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training of support staff as well as working with consultant teams and the financial success of all projects. Senior Project Manager, Civil Engineering Requirements:10+ year of experience working on Civil Engineering/Land Development projects, including site planning, layout, drainage, utility design, and soil erosion and sediment control design.Bachelor’s Degree in a Civil Engineering or related programA PE (Professional Engineering) license preferredKnowledge of local municipality, county, and state land use entitlement process and regulationsExpertise in hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and storm water management designAutoCAD and Civil 3D skillsMicrosoft Word and Excel skillsProven leadership ability with experience building and/or managing teamsSuperior organization and delegation abilityExcellent written and verbal skills, including public speaking.Established in 1972, Ware Malcomb is a contemporary and expanding full service design firm providing professional architecture, planning, interior design, civil engineering, branding and building measurement services to corporate, commercial/residential developer and public/institutional clients throughout the world.
