What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Programs, you’ll be part of the Technology, Infrastructure & Innovation group, reporting to the Senior Director. You’ll be responsible for program management and leading projects that typically involve multiple business lines and channels, run for 12 to 24 months, are highly complex, requiring application of Program & Project Management principles to develop and implement key deliverables in-line with budget, timelines & scope while working with stakeholders from across our bank, vendors and external partners.

How You’ll Succeed
Program and Project Management Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of Program and Project management principles including project status, schedule and change request management. You will work with leads from business and technology to initiate program organization by supporting the development of schedules, status reporting, interdependencies, governance, objectives, success criteria, benefits management approach, scope requirements, financials, defining resource requirements, and other related program tasks.
Financial Management: Demonstrate expertise in Financial Management by collaborating effectively with leads to gather inputs, developing financial forecasts, analyzing variances and accruals, and creating executive level financial reports.
Relationship Management: Build ongoing partnerships with key business and technology partners. Collaborate and develop informed decisions & plans with partners to ensure alignment of workstream deliverables.
Communication: Develop compelling presentation materials to report Program status and support executive discussion and decision making. Calibrate work progress, status and participate in the negotiation and influence business and technology partners to ensure alignment of initiatives and individual deliverables across dependent initiatives.
Collaboration: You work closely with teams as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary.
