**Job Description:** **Senior Project Manager, Global Web Experience** **Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Senior Project Manager, Global Web Experience** to oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of our global web presence. You will collaborate across teams and regions to ensure consistency, innovation, and alignment with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** **Project Management:** + Plan, execute, and oversee global web initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget. + Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing risks and dependencies. + Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and regional stakeholders. **Web Strategy and Optimization:** + Define and execute strategies to improve global web user experience and engagement. + Drive the adoption of best practices for SEO, accessibility, performance, and usability across all web properties. **Stakeholder Collaboration:** + Partner with global and regional teams to align web strategies with business objectives and local needs. + Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding. + Lead cross-functional meetings to provide updates, gather input, and manage expectations. **Content and Design Oversight:** + Coordinate the creation, localization, and management of web content to ensure brand consistency. + Work closely with design teams to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all web properties. + Ensure all content complies with legal, regulatory, and cultural requirements for global markets. **Technology and Vendor Management:** + Collaborate with IT and development teams to manage web platforms and tools. + Evaluate and implement new web technologies to improve user experience and operational efficiency. + Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in web project management or a similar role. + Proven track record of managing global web projects and working with cross-cultural teams. + Strong understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), design principles, and project tools such as Adobe Workfront, ClickUp, Optimizely, and Azure Dev Ops. + Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and digital marketing best practices. + Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in enterprise-level website management. + Familiarity with multi-language and localization processes. + Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
