In this role, you will work in collaboration with multiple departments to support the strategy and development of new product innovation and business transformations. **Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:** + Development and management of high impact projects including new product innovation and business transformation programs and projects including scoping, establishing resourcing, timelines, milestones and deliverables, meetings and stage gate progression, influencing and driving accountability and results including OTIFQ execution. + Management of multiple projects or workstreams that must integrate to achieve transformational business and financial outcomes + Leadership and coordination of highly effective communicationand governance with team and stakeholder groups at all levels of the organization, tailoring content to audience needs. + Drive decisions and leveraging data to analyze program / project progression and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that objectives can be met + Proactively identify, document, manage and escalate program / project issues and risks consistently mitigating business impact. + Resolve program and project related conflicts across all levels in the organization through skilled negotiation, tact and diplomacy, where necessary becoming involved. + Provide ongoing reporting and updates on strategic programs and projects to improve cross-project visibility, risk escalation, and decision making using PMO Governance tools. + Assess opportunities for process improvement and manage creating and updating process documents and guiding teams through change control. + Act as a mentor and subject matter expert for Project Management expertise and skills **Qualifications:** The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field required. + 10+ years of progressive project management experience with at least 3 years CPG/FMCG; experience in new product launches preferred + Project Management certification preferred + Project Management software experience (Wrike preferred) + Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks with changing requirements. + Strong organizational and teamwork skills, ability to multi-task. + Ability to drive from ambiguity to clarity and activate decision making in highly matrixed environment. + Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. + Excellent interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships. + Ability to communicate effectively and manage organizational change. + Time and timeline management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. + Strong organizational, multi-tasking and self-direction capabilities. + Strong capabilities in risk management and contingency planning. + Attention to detail even under pressure. **What We Give:** + 100% company-paid medical, dental and vision insurance for employees (PPO, HMO and Kaiser options). + A 401k plan with company match, short and long-term disability coverage. + A generous PTO and sick policy that includes 13+ paid annual holidays. + Wellness classes (fitness, mental health, nutrition, finance, etc.). + An Employee Assistance Program, including membership for guided meditation for all employees. + Monthly tech and wellness reimbursement. + An infinite supply of Liquid I.V. for endless hydration! **Work Environment:** Office environment. Most responsibilities of this job will be handled from the office. Minimal travel. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The expected salary range for this position is $123,000 - $184,600 annually and is bonus eligible. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
