Develop and oversee project schedules, including a detailed gantt chart, critical path analysis, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones to maintain project timelines.
Define and monitor project budgets, working closely with cross-functional managers to ensure financial alignment and cost control.
Implement quality management plans, utilizing 2-3 quality planning tools and techniques to monitor and maintain project standards.
Develop and execute risk management strategies, identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks while implementing response plans.
Manage procurement activities, creating a Procurement Management Plan and collaborating on the selection of procurement partners.
Lead cross-functional teams, assigning resources, defining roles and responsibilities, and providing performance feedback to functional managers.
Your profileBachelor’s Degree (BS or equivalent) in Regulatory Affaires, Business, or other related areas.
6+ years of relevant work experience.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Fluent in English.
