  Senior Project Manager | Municipal & Water Resources   At HRG, we pride ourselves on being an employee-owned, nationally ranked design firm providing civil engineering, surveying, and environmental services to the private and public sectors.   We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager | Municipal & Water Resources to join our dedicated team of professionals in Lehigh Valley, PA. This role is ideal for an experienced project manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality water resource solutions and infrastructure improvements for municipal and authority clients. As a Senior Project Manager | Municipal & Water Resources, you will be responsible for:   Project Management: Leading and managing water resources projects including public infrastructure such as roadways, stormwater systems, stormwater management (SWM), and erosion and sediment control (ESC) best management practices (BMPs) Design and Reporting: Oversight and QA/QC of technical project designs, studies, and reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance Construction Contract Administration: Develop and administer construction contracts to ensure compliance and project success Financial Oversight: Managing financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring project profitability Client Representation: Serving as the primary representative for Municipal/Authority clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction   Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license 10+ years' experience in water resources and Municipal/Authority engineering to include:  Municipal /Authority representation Stormwater management Roads Utilities Construction administration Ordinance and plan review Environmental permits (PADEP, USACE, FEMA) PENNDOT permits Grant applications Project presentation Specification writing Meeting facilitation Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, computerized project management systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint, and stormwater related software Client-focused leader and team player possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays  Valid US Driver’s License is required  Legal authorization to work in the U.S.    Life at HRG    Are you a creative problem solver who wants to make a difference in people’s everyday lives?
