The ideal candidate will architect data-driven solutions to optimize payor contracts while leading cross-functional initiatives to operationalize strategic visions across USAP's current and future states. Job Highlights Core Responsibilities: Strategic Payor Contract Leadership + Develop and execute enterprise-wide strategies for payor contract optimization, including rate modeling, reimbursement analysis, and risk assessment + Serve as a consultative resource for payor negotiations, providing analysis and expertise + Maintain ownership of all payor contract data assets and performance metrics across the contract lifecycle Technical Execution & Architecture + Design and implement scalable data models to support contract analytics (SQL, Python/R) + Build self-service Power BI dashboards for contract performance monitoring + Partner with EDW teams to operationalize data pipelines supporting: + Contract modeling + Payment accuracy audits + Trend analysis Program Management + Lead all data initiatives for payor contracting org including: + Requirements gathering + Stakeholder alignment + Implementation roadmaps + Manage portfolio of analytics projects from concept to delivery Qualifications ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation) + Develop and execute data-driven payor contract optimization strategies + Design SQL-based data models and Power BI dashboards + Lead cross-functional analytics projects from requirements gathering through EDW operationalization + Conduct payment integrity audits and generate executive reports KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs): + 7+ years in healthcare payor contracting with 3+ years in analytics leadership + Bachelor’s degree required.
