This dual-role position requires an expert who can bridge strategic payor contract management with advanced data analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will architect data-driven solutions to optimize payor contracts while leading cross-functional initiatives to operationalize strategic visions across USAP's current and future states.

Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Payor Contract Leadership
Develop and execute enterprise-wide strategies for payor contract optimization, including rate modeling, reimbursement analysis, and risk assessmentServe as a consultative resource for payor negotiations, providing analysis and expertiseMaintain ownership of all payor contract data assets and performance metrics across the contract lifecycle
Technical Execution & Architecture
Design and implement scalable data models to support contract analytics (SQL, Python/R)Build self-service Power BI dashboards for contract performance monitoringPartner with EDW teams to operationalize data pipelines supporting:Contract modelingPayment accuracy auditsTrend analysisProgram Management
Lead all data initiatives for payor contracting org including:Requirements gatheringStakeholder alignmentImplementation roadmapsManage portfolio of analytics projects from concept to deliveryQualifications
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs):
7+ years in healthcare payor contracting with 3+ years in analytics leadershipBachelor’s degree required. Master’s preferred3+ years in SQLAdvanced Power BI/Tableau development 5+ yearsWorking knowledge of EDW platforms (Azure/Fabric/Microsoft)Deep expertise of payer claims systems 10+ years
