Become a Senior Project Manager – Scrum Master at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding the Scrum process for multiple teams within HR and other Operating Units, ensuring that Agile principles and practices are effectively followed while delivering outcomes. You will work closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.

Responsibilities Manages activities of one or more large, mid to long-term projects with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and outcomes Develops business plans, objectives and initiatives for the organization Provides inputs to organizational objectives and policies and ensures delivery of results Engages regularly with senior management as a key consultant on critical business issues Manages and executes HR projects, collaborates with cross-functional HR teams and sets tactical and strategic priorities Takes a lead role in implementing change management strategies for HR projects, and creates communication plans and materials to engage and inform employees and stakeholders Implements benefits realization, satisfaction surveys, and metrics tracking to quantify HR project ROI and value delivery Implements project management reporting tools, progress dashboards, and methodologies to gain visibility into HR project health and status Works closely with third-party vendors to ensure contract terms and conditions are being met as well as managing the project schedule A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity. Minimum Qualifications Ten or more years of experience in human resources project management. Experience managing large, complex projects impacting HR strategy and business objectives.Preferred Qualifications
Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). Experience with scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe). Background in software development or technical project management. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. 8 to 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role. Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices and experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Extensive experience with Agile project management tools, specifically Jira and Octane. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Additional Information
This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
