Senior Project Manager
Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

Uphold core values while overseeing all phases of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide leadership and accountability to the project team during all phases while building and maintaining lasting relationships. Take a proactive role in training and mentoring Project Engineers.

ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the Site Safety Team, Safety Huddles, and Tool Box Talks.Conduct weekly safety inspections and track issues until resolved.Develop and monitor the project QC Plan with the Project Team.Conduct constructability reviews and assist with water intrusion prevention.Participate in QC pre-installation meetings and monitor quality deficiencies.Review and understand the prime contract, project conditions, drawings, and specifications.Ensure bonds and insurance are in place as required.Manage large scopes, including preconstruction activities, constructability reviews, and financial management.Supervise Project Engineers and monitor Trade Partners' schedules.Coordinate field operations and support staffing and financial management.Set up and run coordination meetings and oversee submittal and RFI operations.Conduct regular check-ins with direct reports and engage with jobsite Trade Partner management.Lead the project’s Summer Interns and ensure compliance with company procedures.Actively communicate with Trade Partners, Owners, and Design Team.Build relationships and reinforce Positive Jobsite Culture.Essential Skills10+ years' experience as a Construction Project ManagerProficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, estimating, working in BIM and CMICExperience in high rise, multifamily, higher education, and healthcare constructionProficiency in construction management, design, commercial construction, estimation, change orders, and construction documentationAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with safety inspections and quality control plansStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage large scopes and coordinate field operationsExperience in supervising and mentoring staffWork Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $200000.00/yr.

10% retirement contribution, 4 day workweek
