The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of capital works and infrastructure upgrades for our key client, Qantas. This role is based on-site at Mascot and offers exposure to a range of high-profile and technically diverse projects in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple construction and infrastructure projects Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders Ensure all works meet safety, quality, environmental, and compliance standards Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and overall project performance Maintain strong client relationships and lead project communication

What You’ll Bring

Demonstrated experience delivering complex building or infrastructure projects Strong contractor and stakeholder management capability In-depth knowledge of OH&S, QA, and compliance standards Strong financial acumen and project reporting skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

Qualifications & Preferred Experience
Essential:

Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate Diploma in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or related Construction White Card Competence in MS Project, Word, Excel Cert IV in OHS or relevant field experience

Desirable:

Background in trade or technical services (e.g., HVAC, electrical, carpentry) Membership with AIPM, Engineers Australia, AIQS, or similar
