Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to work on a large scale masterplan development project in Saudi Arabia.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading a team of engineers, schedulers and designers to deliver projects

Chairing Design progress meetings

Leading Value Engineering exercises

Assist on developing the Design packaging strategies

Develop the Construction packaging and delivery strategies

Develop the procurement packaging strategy

Assist on tender package preparation, tender queries and reviews, tender interviews and award recommendations

Chair project kick-off meetings and construction progress meetings

Prepare/Review and approve Master schedules and project programmes

Establish Project KPIs, Milestones and programmes

Prepare project reports,

Lead client review meetings and prepare and lead progress presentations

Manage project close out process

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Civil Engineering Degree or alternative relevant subject

Experience in full life cycle of projects

Infrastructure delivery experience

Building projects experience

Minimum 20 years of relevant experience

Experience working client side also preferred.

Experience in using various PMIS and EDMS platforms

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

PMP qualification

Ability to use Primavera,

NEBOSH certificates
