Senior Project Manager

What does a successful Senior Project Manager do at Fiserv?

You will work with the Cybersecurity organization to deliver on critical cybersecurity initiatives that defend and protect Fiserv’s technology and will be responsible for monitoring cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects and operations, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the program. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management particularly stakeholders external to the organization.

What you will do:

Ensure project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed which includes managing and driving Project Schedule; Risk and Issue Management; Scope Change Management and managing the project budgetUnderstand and validate estimates, cost variance tracking, and managing project resources effectivelyProvide clear and concise project communication, both written and verbal to multiple levels of the companyFacilitate/manage stakeholder, client, and project team expectationsMake complex decisions and recommendations under limited direction and using high degree of initiative and independent judgment

What you will need to have:

8+ years of total IT experience6+ years’ experience in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction5+ years’ experience in problem-solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection identifying alternatives and making contingency plans5+ years’ experience embracing change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities5+ years’ experience in Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft ProjectA bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

5 years successful experience managing medium to large projects/programs3+ years’ experience in Application Development managing Cybersecurity projects2+ years’ experience in Clarity PPM2+ years’ experience Azure DevOps Kanban board

Salary Range

$99,400.00 - $177,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
