Sr Project Manager
•\tLead and manage multiple construction projects at water/wastewater plants, pump stations, and civil construction sites simultaneously.
•\tDevelop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project team, engineers, project owners.
•\tCoordinate and oversee project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and adherence to project goals.
•\tMonitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance throughout all phases of construction.
•\tProactively identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
•\tServe as the primary point of contact for engineers/owners, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
•\tWork with project managers to prepare and present regular project updates and reports to engineer/owner.
•\tManage project budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocations to optimize project profitability.
•\tFoster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork among project team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
•\tProven experience as a Project Manager or Sr Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in water/wastewater plants, pump stations, or civil construction.
•\tStrong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
•\tExcellent leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and mentor project teams.
•\tSolid understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools.
•\tAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
•\tExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•\tProficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
•\tBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
•\tPMP or equivalent certification (preferred).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00/hr.
