Senior Project Manager

This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:

Senior Project / Program Manager who will lead and deliver multiple projects/initiatives to improve the customer support organization and could include: 

frontline process improvement projects 

delivery of new or improved workflows and tools, customer journeys through IVR/IVA 

delivery of salesforce changes to improve frontline staff efficiency 

implementation and change management of new frontline systems 

management of customer and/or staff migration between locations/sites

To succeed in this role you must have experience in: 

Leading multiple projects/initiatives delivering across a diverse set of internal strategic and continuous improvement business initiatives. 

Collaborating with leaders across the organization to ensure strategic alignment with process and system development efforts and drive delivery outcomes. 

Developing and managing program roadmaps, risks, issues, and dependency registers, ensuring appropriate governance, delivery, and gating of initiatives. 

Working cross-functionally to communicate vision, evolution, project scope, timelines, and dependencies for all communications and program management efforts. 

Ensure key initiatives aligned with the business strategy meet required timelines and executive commitments. 

Superior communication skills and ability to deliver status reporting on the program to all levels of the organization as appropriate. 

Delivering value through delivering projects on time.

Desired Qualifications: 

Minimum 5+ years leading large change project delivery or leading multiple programs in a global fast-paced customer-facing organization such as Support, Network Operations, or Professional Services. 

Project Management qualification and Consulting experience 

Experience with Unified Communications (UCaaS) Contact Center (CCaaS) solutions, including IVR, Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM systems, Knowledge base systems, Workforce management systems, and Customer portals for case management. 

Minimum 5+ years developing relationships with strategic large enterprise and communication provider customers, with a strong focus on problem resolution and the overall Customer Experience. 

3-5 years minimum experience within the cloud technology industry, preferably with a telecommunications service provider or SaaS company. 

Proven track record of implementation of scalable enterprise programs and projects 

Self-motivated individual capable of working in a face-paced, dynamic environment. 

Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution. 

Must have direct experience leading the development of new project management resources previously.
