Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:

The purpose of this position is to provide project management expertise in electrical, civil, structural and mechanical aspects of large turnkey construction projects. This position is to provide project management expertise to teams of designers, engineers, construction managers and contractors. The Senior Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall management and execution of turnkey projects. The PM is charged with supporting the sales force, senior project manager and zone manager during the front-end sales process to ensure a seamless transition from quote to execution.

Basic Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution and minimum 5 years experience OR minimum 10 years’ experience in lieu of a degree Minimum of five (5) years of project management experienceNo relocation is being offered for this position. Candidate must reside within Arizona or California to be considered. Active duty military candidates are exempt from this requirementMust be maintain an active and valid drivers license Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:      

Professional Engineer qualificationPMP Certification First Aid and CPR TrainedMSHA Certification

Position Criteria: 

Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera Scheduling softwareStrong computer skills Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointFirst Aid and CPR TrainedPeriodically submit to drug and background screen as required by customers for on-site work
