Project Manager responsibilities include planning, executing, and managing projects to ensure they are successful. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project. Keep stakeholders informed throughout the duration of the project. Weekend work may be required to help facilitate communication during the execution phase.

Responsibilities Responsible for managing multiple and complex IT Infrastructure projects that support the day-to-day operations of the company Collaborate with Infrastructure Senior Vice President, Directors, Managers, Solution Architects and Engineers to define scope and manage projects to completion Drive prioritization of initiatives by working closely with business practice leaders. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Establish and maintain relationships outside of department Report and escalate to management as needed Perform risk management and minimize project risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation 

 

 

Additional Responsibilities/Details:    

Openness/ability to adapt to the current PMO workflow, process and procedures  Use and continually develop leadership skills Coach, mentor and help motivate team members, influencing them to take positive action and accountability for assigned work  Qualifications Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience 

 

Minimum Experience Requirements:    

Minimum 7-10 years of proven work experience in project management Knowledge of project management lifecycle Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Time management skills, especially familiarity with calendar management and goal setting Previous experience in managing server and storage implementation projects. Familiarity with data center builds and consolidations. Knowledge and understanding of application and domain migration steps.  

 

Other Requirements:
