At C.H. Robinson, we value in-person collaboration as a driver of innovation and success. In this role, you'll meet with peers on-site once every two weeks in Monterrey, Mexico. The rest of the time, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, offering the perfect blend of teamwork and autonomy.
If you're based in Chicago, Illinois, you'll work in the office three days and from home two days, with the schedule subject to change based on business needs. Candidates near Moline, IL, are also encouraged to apply and may be asked to visit the customer location in the area.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Oversee multiple large-scale, complex projects within a project-based delivery model
Maintain project documentation, including plans, process flows, resource needs, and business cases
Communicate progress and facilitate meetings to ensure deliverables are met, escalating issues as necessary
Lead change management with internal and external stakeholders, confidently challenging when appropriate
Act as the main point of contact for all project activities and requests
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality solutions
Develop improvements for tools and processes
Build rapport with project teams and customer stakeholders while anticipating challenges
Transfer knowledge to internal teams and provide necessary support
Mentor and indirectly lead project team members
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
A minimum of 4 years of project management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Capacity to work flexible hours, as some weekend or late hours may be required
Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically
Preferred:
Project Management Professional certification
Experience in supply chain, transportation, and/or logistics
Strong communication skills, including active listening and exceptional facilitation
Ability to organize, design, develop, and deliver projects for diverse audiences
Effective collaboration with subject matter experts at all levels
Proven success in a continuous improvement environment
Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and delivering with minimal oversight
Experience working directly with customers
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of lean processes and tools, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion
