We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead and manage diverse projects across Queensland. In this pivotal role, you will oversee project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet client expectations, are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will be instrumental in driving project outcomes, maintaining client relationships, and managing stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Oversee project scoping, planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic project updates. Manage project resources, risk mitigation, and quality assurance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting best practices.

Proven experience in project management, ideally within the facilities or construction sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
