Lippert Marine, with its brand Lewmar, presents to its customers a portfolio of hardware, winches, hydraulics, windlasses, anchors, thrusters, steering systems, hatches and portlights to suit every boat from the smallest day fisher to largest mega-yacht. Project Manager Job Summary The resource will manage cross-functional teams based on projects execution in development phase from kick off to implementation. Tasks · Allocate and monitor budget for the project (NRC), and product profitability (RC), according to what defined during the bidding stage; · Customer orders review and acknowledgment; · Forecast monitoring according to production capacity/capabilities (coordination with operations and plant managers) and delivery schedule control and communication to customers, with sensibility to OTD/OTIF indicators; · Indirect costs management and control for serial deliveries (e.g., transport costs, external warehouse for stock, etc. etc.); · Consignment / safety stock management according to applicable contracts; · Customer quality portal control and claims receipt by customers, with direct coordination with Quality team, containment actions management for parts return and replacement traceability management for NC parts; · Customer Penalties control and management (internal and external); · Administration support; · Prepare and submit, with support for the bidding team, quotations for spare parts on running projects; · Manage commercial negotiation, with sales team support, for such quotartions. Requirements · Technical Master’s Degree or Technical Bachelor’s Degree · At least minimum 3/4 year of experience in similar roles · Fluency in English (written and spoken) · Good knowledge of French, Spanish and German is appreciated · Optimum skills on Office Suite, especially Excel and Project · D365 Dynamics skills · Full compliance to Lippert Core Values Social Skills · Good negotiation skills · Autonomy · Teamwork · Excellent organizational skills · Excellent analytical skills · Excellent communication skills · Problem solving · Stress resilience Job Location Rignano sull’Arno (Firenze) Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Permanent contract.
