About the role:

The Aria Filtra Senior Project Manager leads complex, engineered-to-order projects with a focus on achieving exceptional results in cost, schedule, and quality. This hands-on role involves managing internal and external teams from order entry to customer acceptance, driving improvements in Gross Margin, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. We would rely on you to manage multiple projects for diverse clients aligning and influencing cross-functional teams, tracking schedules, and maintaining strong customer communications. The Senior Project Manager also mentors others in project management and leverages Veralto Enterprise System (VES) tools to enhance project execution.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in which you can work part-time at the Company location in Cortland, NY with 3 or more days in office per week. 

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Project Management (85%)

Manages multiple projects with cross-functional teams, covering scope, schedule, and cost

Supports Sales with budget and proposal strategies

Reviews contract specifications and handles order processes

Maintains positive margins through change management

Provides start-up and commissioning support for Field Service

Manages project payments and integrates third-party resources

Identifies opportunities for scope expansion and resolves project issues

Communicates effectively with stakeholders and balances priorities

Delivers projects on-time, within budget, and per contract requirements

Negotiates technical and commercial issues with customers

Maximizes profit on engineered-to-order system projects

Directs resources across legal, engineering, sales, procurement, and more

Coaches and mentors team members

Tracks performance metrics for cost, quality, and schedule

Travels up to 25-50%, including within the U.S. and Canada (facilities and customer sites)

Veralto Enterprise System (15%)

Embraces kaizen and continuous improvement practices

Solves technical issues and implements corrective actions

Drives efficiencies using Veralto Enterprise System tools

Improves project management processes and standard work

Revises policies and procedures as needed

Manages work effectively within time constraints

Qualifications:

4 year degree in a business or technical field or equivalent experience in a technical field (product, design, drafting) with 10-15 or more years of experience in project management

Demonstrated knowledge of project life cycle with proven success working with cross-functional technical discipline teams

Proven success in customer relations and negotiations with strengths in written and verbal communication

A work and travel permit to the US is a requirement for this position

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
