Job Description

Responsible for overall project management for the Financial Services business including building of presentations, coordination,  project mapping, project analysis, and visualization to senior management.Responsible for building out and assisting with key strategic initiatives that the Financial services division is embarking on including partnerships. Prepare the analysis and reports for P&L impacts of certain projects or strategic initiatives, projections and tracking to ensure efficiency and impact levels. Evaluate processes, define problems or issues, and uncover areas for further improvement within the projects and financial services scope of initiatives.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (incl product, RGM, Risk, Fraud, Engineering etc) for various projects.Prepare regular reports on the performance of projects or strategic initiatives and provide data-backed suggestions to improve the processResponsible for arranging and preparing for partnership discussions and exploring strategic initiatives with senior management

Requirements

Holds minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university with a background in finance, economics, business or related field..Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in project management, partnerships,  strategy and/or RGM. Experience working in the financial industry or big 4 accounting firms. Specific experience in consumer or merchant lending would be a plus. Strong skills in creating presentations for visualization, analyzing data points, and putting together project plans. Has a strong knowledge of project management and is a detailed and critical thinker. Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environmentAdaptable and commercially minded team player with collegial personalityFluent in English, both oral and writtenHas an excellent familiarity with computer software and apps that can support project management as well as visualization tools.
