What You’ll Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

Oversee all stages of project delivery, from scope definition to handover and defect liability. Manage budgets, cash flow, and forecasting to ensure cost efficiency. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless execution. Lead and support your team with effective communication and leadership, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with all Quality Assurance (QA), Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S), and Environmental standards. Apply risk management practices to identify opportunities and mitigate challenges. Administer contracts and maintain project documentation using industry-leading systems. What You’ll Bring Experience: Demonstrated success in project delivery or capital expenditure programs, with a strong focus on stakeholder and contractor management. Technical Expertise: Proficient in QA, OH&S, environmental systems, and contract management. Skills: Strong business acumen, exceptional communication, and the ability to solve problems under pressure. Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and MS Project. Qualifications: Relevant degree, diploma, or trade certification in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Desirable but not essential: Post-graduate qualifications or membership in AIPM, AIA, or similar professional bodies.
