Summary: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager with a strong background in managing infrastructure projects and extensive experience in vendor management. This role requires a strategic thinker with technical expertise to lead complex projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee end-to-end infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, server migrations, data center expansions, and cloud transitions, ensuring all phases are completed on schedule and within scope * Develop, document, and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, adhering to enterprise project management best practices * Ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components, including Nutanix HCI, where applicable * Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers, overseeing contract negotiations, establishing SLAs, and managing ongoing vendor relationships * Monitor vendor performance, addressing any issues that may arise and ensuring vendors adhere to agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and quality standards * Evaluate vendor proposals, comparing options, and providing recommendations for selection based on project requirements and budget constraints * Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including executives, IT, operations, and business units, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on project goals * Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, developing contingency plans as needed to minimize impacts * Coordinate and manage resources across internal teams, external vendors, and contractors, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with project schedules
