Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. This role offers a position in senior leadership within the company with growth opportunities to become a project executive. You will develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant project delivery.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.Report and escalate to management as needed.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.Essential Skills10-15 years of project management experience.Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.Experience in managing projects in Pharma, Powerplant, and Hospitals.Proficiency with Bluebeam software.Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and commercial construction.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Work Environment
The work hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on-site, with travel to project sites once per week. This is a family company established for over 30 years, offering structured bonuses and raises based on company performance. This position is paying anywhere between $150,000 - $170,000 with room to grow into a Project Executive position.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62.50 - $69.71
