Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This position is a great opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for developing real estate projects. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are managed on time, within budget, and in accordance with high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of the project from pre-planning to post-completion Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets Liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors, clients, and designers Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Identify and manage risks Identify and resolve issues that arise during the project Develop LEED projects, multi-family and construction projects Manage logistics, cost impact analysis, constructability analysis, budgeting, permit acquisition, value engineering, testing reports, subcontractor scope review, change order management, quality assurance, and contract close-out Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a field related to project management (e.g., engineering, construction management, real estate development) 5+ years of experience in project management Proficiency in project management and scheduling software Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Benefits
