Our Corporate Brand & Creative team is evolving from a collection of silo'd teams to a more connected, cohesive, cross-functional way of working.  This deeper collaboration will elevate both the quality and efficiency of deliverables we provide to the enterprise.  This shift will necessitate a stronger operational model to ensure the dozens of project requests received on a weekly basis are appropriately managed and serviced, specifically for efforts that support our Leadership Team and Corporate Affairs organization.

Sr. Project Manager Role Overview

The Corporate Brand & Creative Senior Project Manager will be responsible for developing, managing and sustaining key project management systems and tools that support the team’s development of quality assets, on-time deliverables, leadership communications, stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration.  The Senior Project Manager will support across the full Corporate Brand & Creative Team, including Digital, Creative, Workplace and Brand Governance.  This role will have visibility to various components of the team enabling unique insights on how to best achieve harmony, identify synergy and promote operational efficiency across our organization.  This role will require exceptional collaboration, interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement to serve as a necessary connective tissue across key efforts.  The Senior Project Manager will also support key financial processes such as Budget, Contracts and Purchase Orders.  The role will report to the Senior Director of Corporate Brand & Creative.    

Responsibilities

Create and maintain multiple detailed projects across full Corporate Brand and Creative Team  Manage resources with business owners to deliver tasks on time and within budget.Assess and monitor resources availability.Organize internal reviews to track and control progress against project milestones, identifying issues that need to be addressed, and taking escalation action when necessary.Report business progress to Corporate Commercial and other Leadership TeamsDaily exchange with stakeholders at all levels within the business and core team to drive the project (including senior management, function owners, process owners, IT support, ERP experts, key users and end users)Ensure that project tools and systems, such as Workfront, are utilized effectively to track completion of detail tasks for various workstreams (process mapping, data cleansing, migration, testing, training, IT and communication)Co-ordinate the attendance of participants in organized working groupsManage the Communication Strategy/Plan and escalating any issues or concerns in a timely manner to business and project leaders.Interface daily with Business Process Owners (BPO s) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to co-ordinate project activities and address issues as they occurOversee progress on data cleansing and migration activities for all business functionsCo-ordinate overall testing plans and preparation of test scripts with Core Team support (unit & scenario testing, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing)Co-ordinate user role allocations and authorizations with ITEnsure adequate training material is prepared by process owners in a timely mannerManage the preparation and execution of the business cutover with the ERP core teamProvide coaching and training to team members to help them perform their project tasksOther duties as assigned
 

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Required5-7 years of relevant experience (Pharma or Healthcare preferred)Effective interpersonal skills and ability to deal assertively at all levels within the business and 3rd parties (consultants, experts, steering, other stakeholders)Creating and implementing a detailed project planOrganizing and leading workshopsCo-ordinating and managing resourcesCommunication and feedback of project plan and progressRisk assessment and mitigation planningCoaching and training team membersDocumentation and quality control of project tasksProject reporting and feedback to teamMediation and resolution of issues between stakeholdersAbility to work well independently and with a teamStrong problem-solving skillsBudget control
