About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects while leading and supporting the Brisbane Projects Team. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to project excellence, and a client-focused approach to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver assigned projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead and mentor the Brisbane Projects team to achieve high performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders. Ensure all projects comply with time, quality, and budget requirements while adhering to BGIS business systems and contractual obligations. Maintain full compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Identify challenges and implement innovative solutions to drive project success. Qualifications and Experience Essential Experience and Skills Proven experience in delivering projects or capital expenditure programs. Strong relationship management skills, including contract negotiation and client engagement. Solid business acumen with experience in financial planning and project cost control. Extensive knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance for construction sites. Experience working with quality assurance, occupational health and safety, and environmental systems. Proficiency in project management tools such as Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, Aconex, Procore, or equivalent. Desirable Experience Experience in property management, facilities management, or integrated services. Background in airside or sterile environments. Essential Qualifications Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or extensive project management experience. General Induction for the Construction Industry (White Card). Graduate Diploma in Project Management or a Trade Certificate in a relevant field such as construction, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical engineering. Desirable Qualifications Postgraduate qualifications in Building Systems, Project Management, Engineering, or Business Management. Experience in the aviation industry.
