Senior Project Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. Working closely with the RAPM Operations Manager, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall service delivery and performance of all Capital Upgrade Projects and Environmental Programs including the achievement of financial targets, KPIs and cost containment strategies relating to all Projects. This role will lead a team of Delivery Service Supervisors (DSS) to ensure that all works are delivered on time, and in accordance with contractual specifications.

What you’ll do

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

Delivery of contractual obligations and Key Performance Indicators for all Capital Upgrade and Environmental Programs. Client Account management and strong collaboration with client and key stakeholders. Work closely with procurement and the client to negotiate programs of works. Developing consistent behaviours and responses to build confidence and trust with our customer and their end users Leading innovation across all programs of works and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Identify new opportunities of works Manage program of works including scheduling, reporting early notification of issues, communicating with all stakeholders, problem solving risks and issues Managing the sites within each quarterly program of works and all environmental programs to ensure that jobs are delivered safely, cost effectively, with quality and within KPI’s and contract deliverables.

What you’ll bring

Degree level qualification in Project Management, Property Management, Facility Management, or relevant desirable Proven people leadership skills. Strong communicator who is able to work and achieve autonomously and also as part of a team.  Strong analytical and numeric skills. Proven fiscal skills and an ability to both manage costs and drive improved productivity. An ability to interpret data and make decisions based on evidence. Experience in driving operational activities to ensure quality is achieved, work is completed to schedule and rework is minimised. Proven time management and organisational skills
