Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on project planning and execution while also supporting the division's daily operational needs. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities related to our initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Project Planning:

· Assist in developing comprehensive project plans and timelines.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

 

2. Communication:

· Act as the primary point of contact for project-related activities.

· Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes to ensure clear communication.

 

3. Operational Task Management:

· Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

· Track project milestones and deliverables to maintain project momentum.

 

4. Documentation:

· Maintain organized project documentation, including plans, reports, and schedules.

· Ensure all project-related documents are easily accessible to team members.

 

5. Resource Coordination:

· Coordinate resources and personnel necessary for project execution.

· Assist in managing vendor relationships and procurement processes to support project needs.

 

6. Risk Management:

· Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

· Monitor and report on project risks and issues to stakeholders.

 

7. Quality Assurance:

· Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with stakeholder expectations.

· Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to assess progress and outcomes.

 

8. Reporting:

· Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.

· Provide updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements.

 

9. Post-Project Evaluation:

· Document best practices and recommendations for future projects to enhance efficiency.

 

10. EV Operational Oversight:

· Support day-to-day project operations related to electric vehicle (EV) initiatives, collaborating with facilities management, IT departments, and fleet managers.

· Manage vendor relationships, conduct regular inspections, and address operational challenges.

 

Training and Support:

 

· Organize EV training sessions for employees on proper charging protocols, safety measures, and general EV awareness.

· Address EV-related inquiries and issues, fostering a culture of sustainability and responsible EV usage within the organization.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

 

Experience:

· Previous experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a relevant industry.

· Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

 

Skills:

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

 

Problem-Solving:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

 

Attention to Detail:

· High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.

 

Adaptability:

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

 

Certifications (optional but beneficial):

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials.

· Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or other relevant certifications.

 

Starting Salary Range: $98,000 - $110,700

Healthcare Benefits: GPA/HSA
