About the Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and support the Melbourne Projects Team in delivering high-quality projects. This role demands strong leadership, a dedication to project excellence, and a client-focused approach to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
Mentor and empower the Brisbane Projects team for peak performance.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven track record in project delivery or capital expenditure programs.
Expertise in relationship management, contract negotiation, and client engagement.
Sound business acumen, including financial planning and project cost control.
Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance in construction.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Smartsheets).
