Job Responsibilities
Play a key role in supervising the Execution SGS/TWM Projects Portfolio, ensuring they align with the business goals, and managing resources effectively.Lead the team of Project Managers in charge of the Project Execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Assure consistence of realized projects with the design received by the Design TeamAssure correct handover of information to MO Team in charge of operationDevelop and maintain detailed projects portfolio master plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure project alignment and successful execution.Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.Communicate project status, progress, and any changes to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.Ensure that all projects adhere to company standards and best practices.Track and monitor performance of Projects in execution, assuring adherence to Company’s KPIs , timely advice deviance and plan necessary actions to restore / recover where necessary Determine critical requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendorsFoster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.Recommended profile
Education: Engineering Master DegreeProven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.Proven experience managing and developing direct reportsProven experience managing and coordinating work groups and resources.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools .Familiarity with water treatment technologies Design, Construction, Commissioning and start-upCommunication skills: English fluent written and verbalExcellent organizational and multitasking skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and motivate teams, and work effectively with diverse stakeholdersSynthesis and pragmatic approachAgile mindset able to approach multidisciplinary topicsStrong problem solving skillsCONTEXT / ENVIRONMENT
The jobholder would functionally report in the Sustainable Grow Organization to the Central Engineering ManagerThe jobholder will coordinate the activities of the Project Managers, that are dedicated to Execute new SGS/TWM solutions for our customers and will report to the jobholderThe jobholder will assure the proper distribution of the workload inside the teamThe jobholder will assure the proper periodical communication of projects performance both external (to customer) and internal (to senior Management and Divisional Leadership) .The Jobholder will follow up the work of the team assuring consistence with Team and Division Goals and respect of KPIsThe jobholder will monitor the performance of the team and highlight needs and risks to senior management where necessaryThe Jobholder would be home based in SpainPreferably The Jobholder has to be familiar with water treatment process technologies (Reverse Osmosis, Ultrafiltration, MBR, etc..) and/or wastewater technologies (DAF, flocculation, Biological treatment)The Jobholder would have had experience, even if limited, with plant operation & maintenance.The Jobholder has to be familiar with engineering drawings (P&ID, mass balance, General Arrangement, data sheets, troubleshooting list, etc..).The Job holder will periodically track and follow up Kpis of projects in execution to be consistent with expected financial performance according to Team Goals.
