Descrizione del lavoroAs a Project Manager in Freud you will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities align with the set targets for time, scope, and cost. You will oversee project teams, track progress and regularly report to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Coordination
Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring collaboration across all stakeholders, including segment team, engineering, marketing, technical functions, quality and manufacturingDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, assign tasks, set timelines, define and manage team members, and track milestonesTime, Scope, & Cost Management
Monitor project progress to ensure targets for time, scope, and cost are metManage scope changes, balancing deliverables with resource constraintsImplement risk management strategies to address potential delays or cost overrunsCoordinate and facilitate team meetings to ensure progress toward milestones and deadlinesReporting
Provide regular and transparent project status updates to the broader organization and to stakeholdersPrepare and present comprehensive reports on project performance, including risks, progress, and next stepsUse project management tools/software to track and communicate real-time project metrics and updatesStakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.Process Improvement
Lead post-project reviews and implement lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in future projectsIdentify opportunities to improve project management processes within the department, and within the broader organizationQualificheMinimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related fieldUniversity degreeProject Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum)Proficiency in MS Office Suite and particularly in MS ProjectFluent both in Italian and EnglishKey Competencies
