Responsibilities: + Develop Accurate and Detailed Submittal Drawings: Create comprehensive floor plans and elevations. + Review and Incorporate Change Requests: Adjust designs based on feedback from architects, clients, and managing partners. + Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee several projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. + Work Independently and Collaboratively: Operate both autonomously and within a team-oriented environment. + Utilize Expert-Level Revit Skills: Produce detailed contract drawings using advanced Revit capabilities. + Conduct Field Visits: Monitor project progress on-site and address any design-related issues. + Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, consultants, and team members. + Provide Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members. Skills & Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Architecture + 10-20 years of experience in residential architecture + Proficiency in Revit. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
