**Your main tasks and responsibilities:**
+ Plan, delegate, and coordinate project tasks across engineering and other departments
+ Oversee technical, financial, schedule, and quality aspects, ensuring alignment with KPIs and ESH standards
+ Ensure compliance with all contractual project requirements and obligations
+ Monitor project performance, proactively managing risks, scope changes, and resource needs
+ Maintain up-to-date financial tracking (SAP), issue invoices, and follow up on payments
+ Ensure timely decision-making and swift resolution of project issues
+ Optimize costs and cash flow without compromising quality or schedule
+ Report project progress and performance to stakeholders and senior management
+ Identify and document lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
+ Manage guarantee cases and ensure full compliance with change management procedures
**To succeed in this role, you will need:**
+ **Experience:** 7+ years in project management and engineering within process plants (Oil & Gas, chemicals, pharma)
+ **Education:** Master’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
+ **Certifications:** PMP or IPMA is a plus
+ **Languages:** English required; German or French is a plus
+ **Technical Skills:** Strong expertise in project delivery, engineering interfaces, and cross-department coordination
+ **Soft Skills:** Team leadership, communication, and ability to work in multicultural environments
+ **IT Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office (including MS Project) and SAP
