As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing business operations, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and driving the successful delivery of key projects. This role will act as a vital link between legal, procurement, marketing, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance across all initiatives. 

What You’ll Work On

Oversee and optimize day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals. Develop and implement best practices, tools, and processes to improve operational performance. Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on project performance and business impact. Act as the primary contact between legal and procurement teams to facilitate contract reviews, vendor negotiations, and compliance checks. Manage the approval process for service agreements, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Support regulatory compliance efforts by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Lead cross-functional alignment meetings, creating detailed agendas and capturing comprehensive meeting notes. Collaborate with teams across marketing, engineering, product development, and operations to identify and mitigate risks. Develop and maintain risk registers, ensuring proactive issue resolution. Serve as the administrator for the Marketing, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process, ensuring all marketing materials meet regulatory standards. Manage correspondence and workflow within the Veeva system, ensuring smooth document management and communication. Coordinate approval processes and track revisions to ensure timely submissions and compliance. Develop project scopes for ad-hoc initiatives and “side quests” arising from cross-functional collaboration. Define objectives, timelines, resource needs, and deliverables for each initiative. Ensure all projects align with strategic goals while maintaining the flexibility to adapt as priorities shift. Manage the full lifecycle of product and technology projects, including new builds, feature releases, and trials (e.g., Android Wear). 

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 8+ years of Project Management and Organizational ExperienceProven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the medical device space. Experience with project management and compliance tools (e.g., Veeva, Jira, Asana). Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

Preferred Qualifications

PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certificationExperience with wearable medical devices or consumer technology productsFamiliarity with Android Wear or similar platforms

The base pay for this position is $128,000.00 – $256,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
