Senior Project Manager

MMC is seeking candidates for the following position based in the São Paulo office as hybrid position, or any other Latin America Location( be onsite 3 days a week )

We will count on you to:

Develop fact-based Business Cases in support of Change, manage governance and approval processes, own and deliver project outcomesBe responsible for the coordination and completion of projects, including the establishment of project plans, milestones, and deliverables in consultation with business stakeholders and external partners, e.g. carriersAllocate the duties of the project teams to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are proceeding according to schedule.Review regular progress reports from the team and thereafter submit to leadership.Establish and manage appropriate governance structures involving all key stakeholders Facilitate and lead decision-making processes required to move projects along to completion, and make steady and agreed upon progress on assigned programs/projects.Develop, enhance, and monitor project management methodologies, ensuring that a streamlined process exists, and provides evidence that all projects are implemented and successfully delivered to meet standards and requirements. Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner, while ensuring remediation action plans are implementedProvide leadership and active participation in Project & cross-functional teams that will:  analyze and complex Operations processes through the application of best practice methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma; design & implement metrics frameworks to measure benefits and deploy control processes ensure benefits are realizedBuild relationships with business, operations, IT and vendor technical staff and management to determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation, manage and mitigate risk, and ensure that a change control process is in place.Focus on project delivery not only from a technical implementation perspective but also ensuring user/client adoption and end to end benefit realizationEnsuring change readiness by formulating and owning change management, communication and training strategies to accompany project deliveryIdentify, implement, and ensure that consistent standards of delivery excellence are disseminated, leveraged, and continuously improved across the organization.Ensure changes are compliant with all regulatory and legislative requirements, Marsh governance, compliance and info security standards, and that appropriate controls are in place 

What you need to have: 

Extensive project management experience from a business perspectiveExperience in Agile methodologyDomain knowledge in financial services, insurance is highly preferredChange management experienceStrong written and verbal communication – Spanish & EnglishExperience with Technology as well as non-technology projectsProjects that are multi-year and global in nature Strong leadership, collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills5 to 10 years PM experienceProperty & Casualty Experience preferred; or Financial Services or Consulting
