This is a permanent role responsible for looking after a number of large-scale warehouse and distribution centre projects and will involve:
Management of all activities associated with the assigned project/s from the receipt of a customer order to the completion of the projectLiaising with relevant internal teams and external parties to ensure the project is completed on time, within the agreed budget and to the agreed functionalityManaging the project reporting, revenue collection and cash flow planningManaging resourcing and staff planning, including coordination of sub-contractorsDevelop strong customer relationships to understand their needs and provide recommendations based on their business and operational environmentsCommunicating with all relevant stakeholders at each stage of the project life cycleABOUT YOU – WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related business fieldProven extensive experience 8 - 10 years in construction and/or installation for large scale, complex projectsKnowledge of construction or installation processes, materials, and methodsStrong knowledge of construction industry regulationsExcellent negotiation and communication skills and stakeholder managementDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilitiesProficient in financial controlling software and Microsoft Office suiteStrong understanding of financial outcomes and ability to meet critical deadlinesAbility to travel across Sydney and interstateAn attractive salary package is on offer and the opportunity to work with a progressive and innovative company experiencing high growth and the chance to work on major projects.
