Essential Duties & Responsibilities Support a product line as the project manager Lead projects, develop plans and timelines, monitor progress Facilitate meetings, follow up as needed, direct and coordinate activities Regularly communicate expectations, next steps, achievements, and issues Maintain understanding of professional best practices for Agile Project Management Apply appropriate best practices in management of projects Reach out to the larger company network for impediment removal Engage Stakeholders in your projects with clear RACI delegation from project charter Work with the Scrum Masters to monitor agile metrics for product delivery Liaise between the development teams and product management Foster effective communication between the product areas Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness Assist in coordinating and facilitating user-feedback sessions throughout the development life cycle Keep the rest of the company network aware of the product’s activities Identify and communicate risks to targeted delivery dates Be a subject matter expert in work item tracking and project tracking software Manage vendor contracts and relationships for product area Evaluate and optimize processes within the PMO Mentor other Project and Program Managers on best practices
