We are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our Project and Construction Management team based in Brisbane. The individual will lead significant and major construction and tenant fit-out projects in support of the India and Asia Pacific team.  

Position Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional team of internal business partners and external suppliers in the delivery of construction and tenant fit-out projects, utilising accepted project management principles and methodologyLead the development of scenario-based schedule and cost estimates, risk assessments and recommendations in support of business partner initiatives and customer proposalsCollaborate with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and be able to demonstrate a high degree of successful stakeholder and relationship managementBe able to act as an Enterprise resource or subject matter expert on managing and coordinating project implementation from cradle to grave
 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

10-15 years of experience in a dedicated Project Management role working in the construction industrySignificant experience leading construction projects in Australia, from inception through design, permitting and construction, to commissioning and close-out utilising accepted project management principles and methodologySelf-motivated, able to work independently and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team-members, senior leaders and business partners, and external suppliersStrong proficiency using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPointExperience using Procore is beneficial
 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

A recognised degree in the field of Project Management or Construction Management is advantageous although not essentialA recognised professional accreditation is desirable
