We are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our Project and Construction Management team based in Brisbane. The individual will lead significant and major construction and tenant fit-out projects in support of the India and Asia Pacific team.
Position Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
10-15 years of experience in a dedicated Project Management role working in the construction industrySignificant experience leading construction projects in Australia, from inception through design, permitting and construction, to commissioning and close-out utilising accepted project management principles and methodologySelf-motivated, able to work independently and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team-members, senior leaders and business partners, and external suppliersStrong proficiency using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPointExperience using Procore is beneficialPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
A recognised degree in the field of Project Management or Construction Management is advantageous although not essentialA recognised professional accreditation is desirableApplicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
