Senior Project Manager

In the role of Senior Project Manager General, we'll count on you to:Manage multi-discipline project teams effectively and will function as project manager on mid-size projects. Develop project scopes of work, schedules, and cost estimates and manage projects’ financial key performance indicators to complete work on schedule and within budget.Develop and manage project teams to deliver quality for our clients.Coordinate closely with clients in the execution of work.Coordinate project staffing and workload with internal supervisors and team leads.Lead project reviews with the HDR project accountant and management team.Implement quality assurance/quality control procedures to promote high-quality work.Interface with clients to grow and maintain relationships, identify business opportunities, understand critical path issues, and foster teaming partnerships.Lead and/or support client management and business development activities including pursuit planning, proposals, interviews, and client strategy.Work will be conducted independently and in teams. This is a full-time regular position based in Anchorage, Alaska.Preferred Qualifications An advanced degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience with Microsoft Projects and TeamsLocal candidates are preferred

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field 10 years related experience A minimum of 5 years of project management experience Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management softwareMust have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
