Senior Project Manager
Pay Range: $115,437.00 - $153,917.00 Responsible for the effective leadership, management, and implementation of strategic projects within the designated line of business. Must be well-versed in driving internal dialogue to solve problems, across multiple stakeholder groups, and leading projects to keep them running efficiently, smoothly, within budget and to client specifications. Maintains responsibility for project oversight and effective implementation in a collaborative manner, clearly communicating project expectations to team members. Works with the entire project team to ensure proper resource allocation. Ensures that activities are designed in accordance with business line objectives and regulatory requirements. Acts as the principal liaison and point of contact with various stakeholders to ensure on time, quality delivery of internal and external customer requirements. Education and Experience: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience + 10 years in a complex business environment involving operations, systems, or functions as it pertains to the line of business that support will be provided to. + 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects required. + Previous experience with gathering requirements and translating to corresponding documentation Skills and Abilities: + Well versed in Project Management Methodologies and implementing best practices to help the project teams reach their full potential + Must have the ability to meet deadlines, work well under pressure, work collaboratively and readily adapt to change, + Process redesign orientation and experience to improve organizational effectiveness + Able to manage multiple priorities, think tactically and strategically, demonstrate objectivity, be results-oriented, and show initiative and creativity + Create and maintain detailed project documentation + Maintains regular contact with clients and coordinates and reports on project progress and accomplishments. + Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills + Responsible for the overall success of projects. Leads end to end project management activities such as reporting, planning, issue / risk tracking, work breakdown structures, scheduling effort estimation and tracking, other project documentation preparation and turnover to production. Tasks Performed: + 40% Combine tactical execution skills with strategic expertise to lead, manage, and influence cross functional teams. Acts as a primary contact for key projects. Outlines tasks involved and delegates work and assignments; Manages tasks and timeline. + 30% Maintains responsibility for project oversight, deadlines, and effective implementation. Is involved and works with confidential & sensitive information. Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously. + 15% Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities. + 10% Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed. + 5% Performs other duties as assigned.
